Mortgage Banking Division

ZenFinancial is looking for experienced mortgage professionals in training, operations, lead generation and partnership development. If you can sell into banks or help us run our programs, we are interested in talking.

Vice President, Global Operations

We are looking for a Vice President of Global Operations to oversee operations in India and around the world. If you have extensive experience in financial services operations management and training then we are interested in you. This position will require relocation to India initially and likely Canada as a second step.

The successful candidates will have experience in member and board-staff relations, organizational management skills, fiscal acumen, superior communications skills (including proficiency in standard IT skills), and a visionary leadership style that inspires the board, staff and membership. The VP will manage and develop training and operational plans in regards to lead generation and product sales. The successful candidates will also be highly ethical executives with successful track records of team-building and seasoned business professionals.

Duties will include: Setting up relationships with firms where Zen Financial supplies leads for them to sell products on a revenue sharing basis and then to create partnerships where Zen Financial sells the products on the other companies’ behalf and finally to create Zen Financial’s own products to sell to consumers from our center. The position will be mainly involved with going over to our call centers to implement programs that ZenFinancial already has in place and building up the programs from the ground up.

CFO, Call Center & Financial Services Divisions

We are offering an exciting opportunity to a professional, self-motivated individual with superior management skills. The successful candidate will hold a current CPA license and have extensive private management accounting and auditing experience as well as experience with higher up finance functions such as obtaining and working with various financing source and creating investment products internally in order to maximize cash on hand.

Superior communication and leadership skills as well as excellent computer skills and good financial systems knowledge are required. Applicants should have a strong general financial and executive background and be substantially above average in natural intelligence. Strong analytical skills and a curious mind are a must. This person must also be a leader with his/her own high standard who wants to make a difference. The successful CFO candidate will also have extensive experience in mortgage, residential, commercial and investment banking and asset management as well as have experience and contacts in all financial services industries as they relate to Fortune 500 and, preferably, Fortune 100 companies.

Duties will include: The CFO will work to achieve the goals and objectives as set forth by the company. The CFO is responsible for all financial matters including financial reporting, credit management, risk management, internal controls, treasury, income taxes, and financial planning. The CFO will be both a financial and operating executive helping to set up partnerships and financing for many new divisions and products. The CFO will also need to oversee the creation of a mortgage bank, stock brokerage, insurance and debt management integrated concerns.

Director of Technology

We are looking to hire a person to hire for our optimization initiatives. Experience in either online advertising, call centers or financial services is a must. We are developing cutting edge technology and we are looking for a seasoned vet to help oversee the whole process.

Duties will include: Building the system architecture for ad serving, call center dialer/crm and financial services backend platforms.
